Fearless and Female for college women (90 minutes) This program is where it all started! Cindy shares the
tragic story of losing her friend, Julie Ladd, to murder in the basement of her dorm on the Wichita State University
campus. The fear that followed Julies' murder was paralyzing but learning how to protect herself was empowering.
Now Cindy empowers other women with these life saving skills. Awareness, Prevention and Intuition are the fundamentals
of Fearless and Female. These three topics are addressed and
Cindy gives students practical ways to apply these strategies to their daily lives. Dress comfortable because now the
action heats up. Everyone is invited to participate in the hands-on portion of the program. Students learn to
set healthy boundaries, project a strong body language and then learn basic techniques for escape from attacks
while standing or from the ground. Students will leave this program with knowledge and skills that could someday
save their life! Corporate Programs On The Road Again! Perfect for the business traveler and long distance commuter. This program prepares the business traveler for situations they may encounter while traveling by air, taxi or car. "On The Road Again" will remind your business traveler about basic hotel safety and provide tips on dealing with unfamiliar people and places. The "Empower Hour" High energy, information packed workshop! Simple yet effective self-defense techniques will be taught in this program. Participants will leave this program with knowledge and skills that could someday save their live! The "Empower Hour" is perfect for lunch or breakfast meetings. Fearless and Female for life. (90 minutes) Are
you ready for a "get down to the nitty-gritty", "women only" session about living SAFE? "Fearless
and Female for LIFE" will address issues that women face, on a daily basis, and then give you step by step tips
and techniques to help you live SAFE. Experience is the best teacher! Cindy attacks this program with knowledge and practical life lessons that she learned the hard way. Cindy will share the story of her friend, Julie Ladd, who was murdered in the basement of her college dormitory. Sharing the story of her own sexual assault, Cindy brings a face of reality to the topic of violence against women but also the hope of "life after rape" to women of all ages. If you have a diverse group this is the perfect program to touch each and every audience member. As in the college program, Awareness, Prevention and Intuition are
the fundamentals of this presentation. Personal safety and practical self-defense techniques are demonstrated and everyone
is invited to try these basic life saving skills. Under 12yr old Girl Power! Looking for
the perfect program for your scouting group, soccer team or just the young girls in the neighborhood? Girl Power!
is a great program to help children discover and practice Personal SAFETY skills. We start with the basics of setting
and protecting our personal boundaries, being and acting aware and the incredible power of our voice. Girls will be
introduced to the techniques of "Stay With People" and "Go To People" during a Girl Power! program.
Girl Power! is an empowering, interACTIVE program with lots of yelling "Noooooo" and "Escaping"
danger then running to safety. Parents are welcome to stay, observe and learn a few SAFETY techniques of their own. All presentations are flexible to fit your specifications.
