Fearless and
Female is an empowering and motivational personal safety and practical self-defense program for women and teen girls. My name
is Cindy Coughenour and I am the founder of this unique and powerful program. As young girls, we learn to dance, swim and
drive a car but we are not taught how to protect our bodies in dangerous situations. Fearless and Female teaches women and
teen girls how to recognize and avoid the dangerous situations in the first place, however, if fighting back is our only recourse,
women need the motivation, skills and confidence to fight back and Survive!

Cindy Coughenour, founder of Fearless and Female
is a Professional Speaker, Self-Defense Advocate, Certified Rape Prevention Instructor, a graduate of the nationally-known
Model Mugging program with training and certification by the American Women’s Self Defense Association in techniques
including: Krav Maga, multiple assailant attacks, confined area tactics and ground fighting. In 2007, Cindy became a
Certified Instructor with Defend University to teach two of their programs, Fight Like A Girl and Girls On Guard.

Since moving back to Kansas I have had the opportunity to work with some darling
5-6 yr old girls. They are Daisy scouts, which is the youngest age of the Girl Scout organization. Not only
are they darling but they have yelling "Noooo" and running to safety down to a science. It was great fun! We are never too young, too old or too busy to think about living, working and playing SAFE! Check
