Fearless and Female a Fearless and Female is a live, hands-on,
personal safety and self-defense program for women and girls of all ages. Customized for your particular school, group or
organization, our program is delivered with an emphasis on simplicity and humor, presented in a woman-friendly environment. Fearless
and Female self-defense programs are taught in a one session, age appropriate format. This approach eliminates
the commitment to weekly or monthly on-going classes.self-defense
